Cancellation Policy

At Ropes Crossing Dental & Implant Centre, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and our dental team. If you are unable to attend your scheduled visit, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another patient in need of care.

With more than 24 hours’ notice, your appointment can be easily rescheduled or cancelled without issue. However, if less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your appointment, a cancellation fee of $70 will be charged to your account. This fee must be settled prior to your next appointment, even if it is rescheduled.
